Slow updating

I've been very quiet on the fic front, haven't I?

On Monday night, my mum happened to be coming to Warrnambool on a work trip, so we drove over there and took her out to dinner.

The delightfully spell-checked menu included such delicacies as "slithered almonds" and "pecking duck".
I can almost forgive them, though, because they listed "Skippy" as one of their dishes! (Fillet of, with roast vegetables).
