Two days ago, my left arm was sore and my right arm was really sore - I have arthritis in both hands which rarely flares up, but I have been aggravating it with the endless, endless typing. The last two days, I've just managed to write the minimum. Of course, yesterday I got the Week Two Blues and was a cranky bitch, so I spent much of the day cooking instead of writing - I managed to make three meals worth of Rogan Josh, a lamb roast with lots of vegies, garlic and rosemary, and roasted tomatoes and grilled zucchini, eggplant and capsicum for salads this week. The fridge is deliciously full - and my Nano is half finished! *does a dorky dance*

Interesting fact for today: In 1920s Japan, underwear is only worn with Western-style clothes, so my heroine is running about in just a kimono, obi (sash), tabi (toe-socks) and geta (wooden sandals). I think those squat toilets would be a hell of a lot easier with no knickers on! Of course, her friend who has her period has to get a length of fabric (preferably red, to soothe the pain) and tied it in a figure eight around her crotch and hips to hold a nice cotton pad in place.
