Hi Remixer!
Go crazy. Seriously. Do it. The concept of Remix is tremendously fascinating to me, and I can't wait to see what you create. Genderswap, AU, backwards time, POV shift...I'm going to be enthralled by whatever you create. Additionally, as I started out as a comics fan, different versions of canon don't faze me in the slightest - if you want to mix up comics and movies, or comics and TV, or books and movies, or something that seems right to you but isn't actually canon, please do! My interest lies more in character interaction than in any particular 'ship, so I'm not going to be devastated by any changes there (subject to Remix rules, of course). I like gen, het, femslash and slash equally well.
We're probably matched on X-Men or Harry Potter, but there's lots of little bits and pieces from other fandoms. If something happens to tickle your fancy, go for it. I don't seem to have the ability to discard fandoms, so even if something is ten years old, I will still be interested in the fandom and would love to see what you do. Everything is collected in the Memories section of my LJ (sorry, no fancy website).
