I've spent New Year's Eve sitting under the air conditioner, drinking coffee and reading Yuletide stories, and a very nice evening it was, too. It reached 41 C here, today, which I think is the hottest temperature I've ever experienced in this temperate coastal town, though not the hottest temperature I've ever experienced (that would be 44 C in the Mallee one January!)
This year, I am making no resolutions, as making resolutions last year just made me antsy, and I did really well on the things that I did not specifically resolve to do! So, if I resolve nothing, 2008 should run entirely smoothly. In theory.
