Labelling weirdness

I'm at work, looking at a bottle of vitamins (not stocked by us) that I'm about to put in a dosette for a customer. At first glance, they were called Cell Forte. At second glance, it turns out that they are actually called Cell Forté. I just don't know why someone would want loud cells.
