Welcome to the refrigerator, Penny! If someone had asked me, after Part II, what I thought might happen, I would have said, "Penny gets killed and everyone is miserable and whiny." Except that I would have been joking because I really thought that it would be so obvious that Joss would be cleverer than this.

When Penny left the stage, I thought she was going to go and do something. Instead, she did about as much as she's got to do the rest of the show, i.e. sit around and have stuff done to and about her. st_aurafina said, "Penny could have just told both Captain Hammer and Doctor Horrible that they were assholes and left, for exactly the same Tragic Ending." And she's right.



Also, I have a nasty cold and possible tonsillitis and that's really not helping. *gargles with Betadine*
